So, with our honest efforts and commitment, we come forward to assist them to get rid of the situation using our possible guidance and efforts bringingsmiles on their face with a decent resolution of their issues. It is pertinent to mention that the incidents of many insurance policy-holders becoming victims in various ways is on rise day-to-day. When the insurance industry is increasing fast, the competition among the insurers to attract the prospective customers is also on rise which makes many people falling pray into the trap of many fraudulent elements in the industry. In this scenario, the Insurance Help-Mate has come forward to help such type of people through its guidance and support generally as well as technically by evaluating the each individual case endeavouring to achieve adecent resolution of their grievances even playing a role of an honest caretaker and a trusted arbitrator protecting their interest. The “trustworthiness” is the crucial part of every insurance relationship between an insurer and a customer that reflects in the form of Utmost Good Faith. The expectation of a customer is remote not imminentas the nature of insurance is contingent not immediate. When the insurer gets its consideration amount in advance at the time of insurance, the consideration from an insurer remains as a future obligation subject to certain express and implied conditions. So the only expectation of a customer is the fulfilment of the contractual obligation of his insurer towards him.

Value of Empathy:

There is a saying “the wearer knows where the shoe pinches”. One must have a mentality and ability to understand the feeling of an insured/policyholder and this is only possible when someone puts himself in the place of another who suffers a loss.We do feel the same that affects a person financially, physically as well as emotionally dealing his matter delicately and diligently to heal his wounds effectively and efficiently by standing strongly with him at the time of his need.
